Position Overview:
You will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our high-quality early childhood education program including enhancing and implementing our award-winning Life Essentials® Curriculum, staff management, scheduling, hiring, enrollment, family relationships, and academy events.

Position Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have education and experience in both business management and early childhood education
• Minimum Three (3) years of full time experience in center-based operations and program management
• Prior experience in opening a new center is a huge plus
• A thorough knowledge of WA Licensing regulations for child care centers
• Comfortable managing budgets and labor costs
• Experience and knowledge of developmentally-appropriate practices, early childhood environments
• Strong team development, team management, and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Center Director
